Enhance Your Already Perfect Penis By Shaving It

Shaving on and around the penis is being done by males not just for surgery anymore. Just take a look around the locker room the next time you’re at the gym.

Today’s males say shaving the pubic hairs on and around their penis is a way to feel fresh and look neat and clean. And cleanly shaving their shaft allows a condom to slip on and off much easier.

These are very good reasons to support shaving the penis indeed.

But – If a male is being totally honest, he’ll tell you that he is shaving his pubic hair because it gives his penis the appearance of being larger and it gets a lot more, ahem, attention when it’s cleanly shaved.

So for those of you males who are interested – Here are a few things you should know before shaving on and around your penis

1 Never start shaving your penis unless you’re sober and fully alert. The pubic area is much more sensitive than your face, which means it’s much easier to hurt yourself, so you want your wits about you.

2 And while penis shaving is pretty easy to do, it does require patience and care.

3 If you’re shaving for the first time and have long pubic hairs, trim them with scissors or better yet, a hair trimmer.

4 Take a long, hot shower or bath. This will open the follicles, the skin depressions from which hair emerges, and soften your naturally coarse pubic hairs to make shaving easier.

5 Pat dry your shaft and surrounding area with a soft, clean towel.

6 Apply a generous amount of a rich lubricant. Allow this to sit for at least 3 minutes before you begin shaving.

7 ALWAYS use a new blade in your razor.

Note It’s rumored that if you start shaving your general pubic area, testicles, and inner thighs, you’ll get the best optical illusion, er, affect of a larger penis.

If you do decide to start shaving your general pubic area and inner thighs while you’re at it, make sure another new blade is easily available so you can change blades if your razor starts to drag.

Start by shaving the penis in the direction the hair grows, making sure you shave all sides. If it isn’t already erect, gently pull your penis upwards. This will make it easier to shave.

Once you’ve removed all hairs, go back and shave against the way the hair grows. This will give you the clean, close and smooth shave you’re after. But don’t shave the same area more than this second time or apply too much pressure. The last thing you want is a razor burn on your penis from shaving.

After shaving your penis, make sure to completely rinse off any traces of the lubricant with warm water. Then rinse with cold water. This will close and calm the follicles and generally tone the skin.

Pat, don’t rub, your penis dry with a clean, soft towel.

Some males apply a non stinging astringent after shaving. But to avoid any reaction, just lightly dust your penis with a talc free powder or plain cornstarch.

Ultimately, you want to prevent any kind of irritation to this newly raw skin. So focus on keeping it dry and doing what you can to limit initial friction. If you don’t already, wear some loose fitting boxer shorts for a while after shaving.

Many males go as long as possible between shaves in the belief that it will reduce skin irritation. But it’s been suggested that the incoming hair stubble is what causes skin problems, so shaving more often is actually better.

Males who are very physically active are usually shaving every other day.

While it’s a fact that eventually, after regular shaving, the hairs will become weaker and softer and your penis will remain smoother – If you’re not ready, able and willing to follow the regimen outlined here, you probably shouldn’t start shaving your penis.

Because anyone will tell you, there’s only one thing worse than a hairy penis – And that’s a stubbly, scabby penis.

A dry shaver is definitely the safest penis shaver. Do some research and discover the compact shaver that’s designed specifically for safely shaving the penis.

How Red Wine & Cheese Lower Your Blood Pressure

Not all that long ago I used to attend art exhibitions in Sydney, Australia. No, I’m not an artist but just a person who happened to live in the “trendier” parts of town. It was a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon – browsing new paintings by up-and-coming local artists. More often than not they would offer the guests small portions of various cheeses along with a selection of moderately priced wines. I had a great time, but I didn’t know that what I was doing was also giving me a health boost bonus! You see, wine and cheese are the Batman & Robin dynamic duo for lowering your blood pressure.

When was the last time you had a wine and cheese party? You don’t need to be an artist to enjoy one; it’s a great way to entertain guests and a good excuse to get together. It’s also a nice way to ward-off high blood pressure.

Cheese & wine parties are excellent for larger get-togethers as well. You can make it lots of fun by having every guest bring a bottle of wine and an exotic cheese. It’s a great way to sample new wines and cheeses … and a perfect way to get to know your friends better with free-flowing wine and conversation.

What better way to kick-back and relax … both you and your arteries. Wine is good for lowering your blood pressure … and so is cheese. But not just any old wine, make it a red one. Read on to find out why.

A glass or two of red

The flavonol called resveratol is a protective antioxidant. Free radicals are agents that affect chemical reactions in the body; they can cause cell damage resulting in cancer and other problems such as high blood pressure. Resveratol as the protective antioxidant protects your arteries against the damage done by free radicals and also assists in preventing the hardening of your arteries.

Flavonol also benefits you in another important way. The clumping together of blood platelets causes blood clotting and thrombosis – not something you want to have to deal with as both can be deadly serious problems! Flavonol is active in stopping your platelets from bunching up together; a glass of red wine helps your body to prevent these nasty problems by keeping your blood smoothly flowing through your arteries.

And some more good news … recent studies have shown that drinking red wine also helps to improve the operation of your artery linings. When the linings of your arteries are working properly they freely dilate bringing down your blood pressure. The only question is how much of the good red is too much?

Nobody is suggesting you go out and buy a crate of red to be consumed immediately, but a glass or two a day is ideal for most people … this is the perfect consumption to keep your heart and arteries young – and maintain your blood pressure at healthy levels. Which red wine is best? The darker varieties are best as they are higher in the protective resveratrol flavonoid. As far as white wine is concerned, you really shouldn’t bother … it has much less benefit than the mighty red.

A Chunk of Cheese

When we think of cheese we tend to think of how much fat it contains, and whilst cheese does have more than enough saturated fat, a little is actually good for you. The key is, of course, moderation. Just like red wine, if you don’t go overboard, it can be healthy. Too much of it and your cholesterol levels can rise.

When cheese is being made and the milk is fermenting … peptides are released from the milk proteins. Peptides, which are related to proteins and amino acids, help to control your blood pressure by impeding the enzymes that convert angiotensin.
Angiotensin are made up of any of the three polypeptide hormones, one of which is a powerful vasoconstrictor something that constricts a blood vessel. When the protein angiotensin gets converted to angiotensin II it constricts your arteries and increases the retention of water and sodium. This whole process has a rather adverse affect on your blood pressure – it pumps it right up!

You can stop the reaction that forces your blood pressure up by taking in the other peptides – those found in fermented milk products like cheese. Eating a small wedge of cheese blocks the enzyme that creates angiotensin II, helps your arteries to stay relaxed, and thereby keeps your blood pressure down.

Take it easy with a nice glass of Shiraz and a Slice of Gruyere

Having been at the grinding wheel all day … when the tension built up during the day has pumped up your blood pressure … why not enjoy some nice cheeses with a glass of dark red wine. Relax your mind, relax your body, relax your arteries … get your blood pressure back to a normal level. It will be greatly appreciated by your heart!

Premature Ejaculation, How Quick Is Too Quick?

Many men around the world ask themselves this question every time they have sex with their partners and feel an uncomfortable sensation of guilt after looking at her disappointment for the short sexual encounter they have just had, a situation that inevitable leads them to the sad conclusion that maybe they indeed are too quick.

Masters and Johnson have stated that a man ejaculates too quick if he does it before his partner achieves orgasm in more than fifty percent of his sexual encounters. Other sex researchers consider an early ejaculation the one occurring within two minutes of penetration, though there are some discrepancies on this timing. This condition of quick ejaculation is what is called Premature Ejaculation and in the US the prevalence rate in American males is estimated to range from 30-70.

Premature Ejaculation is believed to be a psychological problem and does not represent any known organic disease involving the male reproductive tract or any known lesions in the brain or nervous system. In short, PE is not a physiological problem or disease, though it manifests physiologically by considering the organ systems directly affected , this is the male reproductive tract.

Apart from the dissatisfaction in the sexual life of the partners and the stress this situation brings to the relation, if ejaculation continually occurs so early that it happens before commencement of sexual intercourse, as it does in grave cases of premature ejaculation, and the couple is attempting pregnancy, then pregnancy is impossible to achieve unless artificial insemination is used.

Many men think this is a hopeless situation, but thats far from being true. There is cure for premature ejaculation and this can be achieved in a few weeks by treating the origin of the illness, this is the mind of the individual and by having the patience and discipline for following the correct techniques that will led to the total cure of the condition and the regaining of a healthy and satisfactory sexual life for both partners.

ANDROPAUSE FACT OR FICTION?

Lucky women. They’ve always known that sometime in their mid-40s they will begin to experience changes in hormone levels that will lead to uncomfortable symptoms and culminate in the change of life menopause. It may seem odd to consider the certainty of menopause a lucky thing, but being able to openly talk about a medically documented event is liberating. Women can commiserate with each other and consult with their doctors for help dealing with uncomfortable symptoms. Men, however, have not had the luxury of receiving help for their mid-life discomforts. In fact, andropause, or male menopause, is not even widely accepted as a legitimate medical phenomenon.

There are several reasons the idea of Male Menopause has been received with skepticism. First, it’s a much more gradual event than a woman’s menopause. While a woman will experience a measurable and obvious drop in her estrogen levels beginning in her forties, a man’s testosterone levels begin to drop very gradually as early as thirty years old. Since the shift in hormones occurs so differently in men, the accompanying symptoms are also more gradual. For example, a woman may suddenly find herself irritable or depressed, and recognize that a change has taken place. But a man’s onset of symptoms takes much longer, so he may not recognize that he is changing.

Second, Andropause is not as final as women’s Menopause. When a woman’s estrogen levels decline sufficiently, her menstrual cycle will cease. She will be unable to bear children. Her ovaries will not produce eggs, and her uterus will not be able to sustain a pregnancy. She truly experiences a change of life she has changed from a fertile human to one unable to procreate. This doesn’t happen with a man. Men continue to produce enough testosterone into their 80s to be able to father children. Even if a man cannot have intercourse and ejaculate to impregnate his partner, semen with sperm in it can still be collected and used to fertilize an egg. Perhaps the biggest reason that scientists have discussed andropause with skepticism is that men do not experience the change of life to the extent that women do.

Three, men are expected to be stoic about symptoms. Women have support groups, literature, and medical experts lining up to assist with the change of life. Decades-long, nationwide studies are done about the benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy to treat menopause. Women talk about, joke about, and complain about their symptoms and discomforts. Men, meanwhile, endure their discomforts in silence. It’s not manly to whine about problems such as weight gain, thinning hair, difficulty achieving or maintaining erections, sleeplessness, or depression. And what man would ever want to discuss his loss of libido? Women talk, men cope silently. The sad thing is, coping is often easier when professional intervention can be openly sought.

Acknowledging the truth of male menopause is definitely the first step in helping men cope with the changes taking place in their bodies.

Christopher Thomas is a journalistphotographer that has recently overcame Andropause Male Menopause symptoms by taking supplements and making dietary changes. For additional information about Male MenopauseAndropause and treatment options that can help, please visit www.Amidrenreview.com.

Legend behind semen

While Christianity had traditionally frowned upon public references to sex and upon any attempts to treasure what it still sees as a fundamentally dirty and degrading act, other religions and peoples had different ideas. The best known of the exotic systems of beliefs are Tantra and various pagan denominations. Among the lesser-known systems are the beliefs of certain tribes from Papua New Guinea and Africa.

The basic idea behind such beliefs is that semen is a fluid with magic properties that can be used to augment the natural powers of other people. Some pagan circles say that semen contains the power of the male, which can be transferred to female priestesses through sex. Certain rituals include the copulation between a priestess and two or more males in order to harvest their semen and increase her powers.

Tantra is an esoteric tradition rooted in the religions of India, a body of beliefs and practices that differ somewhat from sect to sect, although all the sects tend to adhere to the overarching belief that the material universe is the concrete manifestation of divine energy. Some Tantra rituals include sex, but the reputation of this sexual religion seems absurd to most people in Europe and America.
Semen as a magic fluid was also a key component in many occult theories and practices in Europe and America. Occult figures like Aleister Crowley and Samael Aun Weor spoke about the power of sex and its significance in a magic context. Likewise, semen was thought to be a source of power and one of the fashions that set the occult world of fire last century was that men should never ejaculate in order to activate and increase their power.

How To Solve Male Impotence Naturally

Male impotence affects a small portion of the population, about 10 or so. But until just recently those figures were largely kept quiet due to embarrassment or

reluctance to admit a problem exists. It’s a guy thing of course.

There is a natural solution to male impotence and we will look at that in a moment. Even so, why is impotence treatment information kept under wraps? This might

help answer that question.

Prescription medications are big business and many Doctors are given incentives to promote the latest prescriptions for impotence treatment. Remember when

Viagra was hot? Doctors offices were stocked with those four pill sample packs, and they were giving them out like candy. Of course all the latest jokes then were

about dirty old men and disgruntled wives. The push for Viagra, Levitra, Cialis and the generic versions of those drugs was on.

So why has a a natural solution to male impotence never become popular before this?

1 No Profit
2 No Profitability
3 No Profits

Basically, all alternative health solutions face the same problem. No interest from big business and minimal support from Doctors trained in the Western Doctrine.

Fact

A majority of male impotence problems are easily solved with a simple exercise. This impotence remedy can be performed almost anywhere and any time of day.

On a Personal Level

One incident of male impotence can create concern. Repeat incidents wear down your confidence, create performance anxiety, depression, etc which can cause a

viscous cycle. Few men seek out alternatives to male impotence prescriptions, but because you’re reading this article you’re in the group who would rather avoid

possible side effects, dependency, and the prohibitive costs of prescriptions!

A Word of Caution

If your problem stems from an addiction you’ll need to make some difficult decisions and lifestyle changes if sex is important to you. But typically all that’s needed is a

little effort on your part and a proven program to follow.

Male impotence generally stems from misunderstanding the facts. If you don’t have any serious physical trauma like diabetic nerve damage or severed muscle, there

is a good chance you can correct the problem quite quickly.

Two Alternatives

1 Do some research yourself on the PC muscle to understand what it controls and how to strengthen it.

2 Go directly to a proven natural method. Firm Endeavor is a six week course that has quietly helped hundreds of other men looking for a natural impotence remedy.

The Importance of Penis Hygiene

Hygiene is a cornerstone of modern civilization. We all know that people living in the period of time between the end of the Roman Empire and the beginning of the modern age were not particularly concerned with washing. Some saw washing as an unnecessary luxury, others saw it as the first step toward sinning by indulging the pleasures of flesh. Some doctors even claimed that bathing was harmful to the body or the mind.

Time has passed and mankind entered a new age. Nowadays many people wash every day and dont seem to suffer any of the side effects predicted by the doctors of less scientifically advanced times. Still, we cant really say that everybody on earth is fully aware and practicing the strictest personal hygiene. Of course, social pressure takes care of most problems, since men and women would feel too embarrassed if they were found wanting on personal hygiene.

However, while many people pay little attention to it, intimate hygiene is just as important as overall hygiene. The sex organs are more sensitive than other parts of the body and frequently engaged in intimate contact, which is why they should be as clean as possible, if not cleaner. Think about it. The last thing you want when you take a lady to bed is to discover that shes not a hygiene fan. Its a major turnoff and it works the same way for both partners.

To clean the penis start at the tip. Pull the foreskin back as far as it would go in order to expose the entire glans. Wash both the glans and the inside of the foreskin thoroughly, but gently. This is not supposed to cause pain, so be gentle with one of the most sensitive parts of your body. At the same time make sure that the glans is perfectly clean. The space between the glans and the foreskin is where the white substance known as smegma is formed.

Smegma is a mixture of dead epithelial cells shed by tissues, skin oils, moisture and bacteria. Since bacteria tend to thrive in any small place that has plenty of moisture, be sure to wash away all smegma from under the foreskin. Letting bacteria and dead tissue cells accumulate is a sure way of getting every womans nightmare a smelly penis.

This could easily destroy a relationship, since no woman would accept to live with a man who doesnt know or care to keep himself clean. Going down on a man whose penis smells is simply out of the question. Intimate hygiene is also important for penis enlargement. Using an enlargement device such as a traction device or a pump on an unclean penis will simply spread bacteria all over the penis.

Accumulated dirt, sweat and bacteria will certainly cause infections at one point or another in the future. Men who engage in penis enlargement exercises are also exposed to infections if they fail to maintain a high standard of intimate hygiene. That why warming up and down using hot water in the shower is recommended as a good way of preparing for a penis enlargement session and as a chance to clean the penis.

Circumcised men have to be even more careful about their intimate hygiene because they lack the foreskin that protects the sensitive glans from sweat, dust and all manner of substances that should not come into contact with the penis. Some men choose circumcision precisely because they think that losing the foreskin helps keep the penis clean.

However, there is an ongoing debate among experts about the hazards and benefits of circumcision. Many doctors say that removing the protective foreskin is less hygienic and exposes the glans to various bacteria that cause infections of the urinary tract. At the same time, other doctors maintain that the foreskin traps smegma and dirt and so, uncircumcised men are not spared the danger of infections.

Regardless of how you feel about circumcision, one thing is perfectly clear hygiene, and especially intimate hygiene, is of the utmost importance to you. It keeps infections away from this sensitive area and makes sure that your sexual relationships will not suffer.

Vasectomy Reversal Facts

Are you considering a vasectomy reversal? Thousands of men undergo vasectomy each year as a permanent means of birth control, yet for some of these men life brings unexpected turns, which leads them to change their mind. For some, there is a strong desire to have another child a few years later. For others, there may be a tragic loss of a child. For many men, a new marriage brings a new opportunity for creating a family. Regardless of the circumstances, a vasectomy can be reversed.

When a man consents to undergo a vasectomy, he is usually instructed that the procedure should be considered to be permanent and irreversible. This is an appropriate admonishment, because a vasectomy reversal is not 100 guaranteed to work, and it is a significantly more complex operation than a vasectomy. Therefore, before undergoing a vasectomy, a man should be as sure as possible that he is finished having children. Nonetheless, even the most insightful, thoughtful decision can ultimately prove wrong. When that decision is a vasectomy, a man may still change his mind.

What is a vasectomy?

To understand the vasectomy reversal, it is important to understand the vasectomy. A vasectomy is the surgical removal of a small piece of the vas deferens. The vas deferens is the long narrow muscular tube through which sperm travel from the testicle to the urethra. It feels like a piece of undercooked spaghetti in each side of the scrotum. The sperm are produced in the testicle, and then they exit out the top of the testicle and into the epididymis. The epididymis is a very tiny, tightly coiled tubule, which runs along the back of the testicle from top to bottom.

It then turns a corner, heading back north towards the pelvis, and becomes the thicker, straighter vas deferens. During ejaculation, the muscular walls of the vas deferens tube contract to propel the sperm up to the urethra of the prostate. In the urethra, the sperm are then joined by fluids from the prostate and then ejaculated out of the penis.

When a vasectomy is performed, the doctor feels for these “pieces of spaghetti” and surgically removes a small segment of vas deferens from each side. The cut ends are then clipped, sutured or cauterized. Suddenly, the sperm can go no further than this new point of blockage.

So what happens to all the sperm?

What most men don’t realize is that once the vasectomy is performed, sperm production does not stop! Ever! Unlike women, men produce their gametes sperm for their entire life. A vasectomy does not stop sperm production, rather it simply blocks the entry of sperm into the urethra. Like other cells, the blocked sperm are eventually broken down by the body and reabsorbed. New sperm are continually being produced. A variable amount of pressure can build up in the tubes behind the vasectomy scar. In some cases, so much pressure builds up that the tiny tubule of the epididymis can rupture. This is commonly referred to as an epididymal “blow out.” If this happens, the site of the blow out develops scar tissue, and this actually becomes the new level of blockage to the sperm. This is neither painful or dangerous, but it is significant in that for a vasectomy reversal to be successful, it must be performed in such a way that bypasses this new level of blockage at the epididymal blow out site.
