Are You Inadvertently Making One Of These 3 Mistakes Trying To Start A Woman’s Sexual Motor?

Its Not In Your Looks

You can have a perfect forehead, chin, smile, and even a perfect pair of dimples but none of these will start a womans sexual motor. You can work out at the gym all week long, week after week and look like Mr. Atlas, but you arent going to start a womans sexual motor with your muscles.

Granted, you might get her attention for a brief moment just like any other kind of abnormality she might notice would get her attention but your looks wont turn her sexual motor on. Why? Once a woman decides to enter into a relationship, looks no longer matter to her if they ever mattered to her at all.

Now, Im not dismissing the necessity for neatness, trimness, and cleanliness. These are things a woman expects of a man. But, they are not what start her sexual motor.

Its Not In What You Have

You can wave big wads of cash around. You can wear Armani suits. You can wear a Rolex. You can drive a super expensive car. You can flaunt any other material possessions in front of a woman and you simply arent going to turn her on. As obvious as this may seem, there are men worldwide trying to capture a womans attention by means of their possessions.

The danger with this approach is that you may trigger her greed factor such that she is attracted to you in terms of what she can get from you. But, because shes not being true to herself, sex will be something she despises. This phenomenon can easily be seen in marriages where an attractive young woman is married to an old and wealthy man. Both the man and the woman know that the marriage is based on purely selfish motives and nobodys sexual motor has ever been started based on selfishness.

Its Not Your Social Status

Many men mistakenly believe that if they were in a position of prominence, or if they were a celebrity, or if they held some kind of high-profile social rank, that they would then be able to start a womans sexual motor.

And in fact, there are cases where a woman is attracted to a high social status man simply for the attention and prestige that being affiliated with such a man will bring to her.

But once again, this kind of a relationship is founded on shallow and hollow premises. And, as it has been proven again and again, the very thing the woman was attracted to will soon become the thing she despises the most. And when a woman despises, her sexual motor is definitely turned off.

The number of women throughout history who have left high-profile men in favor of a no-name man is incalculable. In fact, the tabloid magazines show us this phenomenon on a regular basis where some starlet has dumped the celebrity she has been dating and is now dating some unknown man who is just short of being down-right ugly. Why would women do this? Because the no-name guy clearly knows how to start her sexual motor while the prominent guy did not.

What Every Woman Needs to Know to Stay Healthy

There are hundreds and thousands of articles, books, media sources and materials available in the world that tell us how to stay healthy. How many of us have time to research, read and scour this multitude of information? Further, how do we trust all the information available out there? This article has done all the work for you. Of course, not every tip or piece of worldly advice can be put on these few pages but the most important information is here. Keep a copy and hand this out to all the women you know, it is for every female person ages 1-100.

From ages 1-10

Staying healthy and starting healthy habits begins the minute we are born. What can we do for those at these young and tender ages? Mothers can begin by breast-feeding. They can introduce healthy items at meal times when babies are ready for solid food. Required immunizations need to be kept up to date. From birth through young childhood, the intake of a chewable tablet vitamin supplement must become part of their daily routine. Be sure to watch what ingredients are in those childrens multi vitamins you purchase. Your pediatrician or family physician can advise you of the proper vitamin supplement needed for your childs specific body type and physical condition. Starting with healthy eating and lifestyle habits in young childhood sets the stage for your childs good health into middle childhood and the adolescent years.

Ages 11-20

Good health is critical for young women. Its important to remember a few key things about this age group. The young girlwoman will be experiencing a growth spurt, which may be accompanied by what is known as growing pains. Healthy habits will assure her full attention span and enough energy to participate in school activities and classroom learning. Her body is also preparing for the beginning of menstruation. Puberty begins and the brain starts its process of sending messages to the hormonal system and the reproductive organs begin to develop. Good nutrition along with a vitamin supplement will also ready her body for excellent reproductive health and potential child bearing. Most importantly, by the age of 20 if she has developed these few health habits, the young woman is likely to carry those into her adult years.

Ages 20-39

If a female person is developmentally on course and is dedicated to maintaining optimum health, she should remain healthy into her later years. These years of 20-39 are when women become busy with careers andor having children or starting a family. Many experts agree that this is also a time when women will postpone or neglect their own health in order to provide care for others. Remember, you are not going to be able to provide much help, care or assistance for others if you yourself are ill, exhausted or nutritionally deficient. Lets discuss how women can avoid this trap and insure their own good health.

Eat healthy foods. Avoiding unhealthy fats and consuming raw fruits and vegetables go a long way in staying nutritionally stable.
Watch your dieting habits. While there are many diet plans out there, the simplest is almost always more effective. Watching portion size and the ingredients fat, calories and sugar in foods will often net the best weight loss results. Its wise to note that losing or maintaining your desired weight means one thing, there needs to be more calories burned than what has been consumed. This can be accomplished with
Exercise. Whether you are a regular attendee at the local gym or you workout at home, there are certain types of exercise that will benefit you the most. One exercise routine must raise your heart rate cardiovascular health. Another should include free-weights or weight lifting in some form bone health and strengthening. Additionally, walking, dancing and swimming can tone the body. Weight loss in pounds alone will make you happy when you step on the scales but most women want that loose skin abdomen, underarms, and thighs to tighten up as well. If you just cant find the time to exercise, try these activities
Park in the last open parking space far away from the storefront and walk.
At home, grab some large juice bottles that have the indented areas for carrying or milk jugs and do some curls.
Take the stairs instead of elevators in public places
Take a stroll through your neighborhood every night after dinner
Visit your gynecologist every year for a PAP test more often if your doctor suggests or your last one came back with an abnormal result. PAP tests are essential towards maintaining a healthy reproductive system. They are used to detect cervical cancer and infections among other things.
Perform your own self-breast exams.
Make an appointment at age 39 for your first mammogram.
Take regular multi vitamins every day. Add other supplements including calcium, Fish Oil and Vitamin C. Do some research on the types and amounts of vitamins andor supplements you could be taking. I found vitanetonline.com to be very helpful for this kind of information. Also, it has been found that women in these childbearing years are lacking in the amount of folic acid they need. Insufficient amounts of folic acid have been linked to birth defects of the brain in newborns. These birth defects can be avoided if a woman takes sufficient amounts of folic acid before she conceives and during the early, first trimester of pregnancy.
Not least of all, are these tips to good health that most informational sources rarely mention.
Find a spiritual path or connection. These are highly personal so I wont offer any suggestions. Women have chosen a religion, nature, prayer, rituals, a quiet room and many others to find that place within self where they can be at peace.
Keep your mental health a priority. Talk to a professional therapist if you need some guidance or direction.
Avoid unhealthy relationships. If you are being abused in any manner by anyone, seek help

While all these tips for the age 20-39 group will keep a woman in optimum health, most of these need to be implemented and continued into the later years as well.

Ages 40-100

These are the years that many women claim that they become wiser. Some even claim that it is the best time of life they ever experienced. The tips for the 20-39 age groups hold true for women beyond 40; some exceptions would include the advice on folic acid intake, the amount of weight carried in the free-weight exercise routines, the limitations of exercise that may create falls, accidents or injuries and the PAP tests. Regular PAP test examinations usually ceases around 80 years of age but ask your doctor first.

From ages 40-50 a woman can expect pre-menopausal symptoms. Again, the changes that occur in any womans life can never be set at a certain age. There are women that may never have any disrupting symptoms of menopause. Other women may begin menopause at age 40 others might be near 50. Some women may become post-menopausal at age 45 and others at age 52-55. No matter what the age of onset or completion, menopause happens. Be sure to talk to your doctor about remedies for the symptoms of menopause. There are hormone replacement therapies HRT as well as some natural supplements to ease menopause. Taking soy isoflavones, in capsule form, have recently been regarded by some women as helpful in decreasing their hot flashes.

While awareness of the importance of calcium and its consumption should be well established by age 15, many older women still dont find it a concern. Osteoporosis bone weakness can begin to occur as early as age 35. By the time you get into this age group of 40 and you havent been caring for your calcium needs, you might expect by age 60 to see the results in your body. We have all seen the women with humps below their neck at the spine. We have seen the stooped walks and heard of women in this age group having falls that break their hips and other bone structures. This is a result of weak bones. There are also hereditary factors that play into whether or not we get osteoporosis. Take your calcium ladies.

In summation

Keep exercising but know your limitations
Continue getting mammograms
Keep eating healthy. If you like gardening, thats light exercise and you can eat healthy too.
Stay socially active

Women are living longer. We are living longer because the importance of diet, exercise, vitamin and supplement intakes and other information has become easily available. But living longer is not necessarily a good thing if the QUALITY of our lives is not taken into account. If you follow these tips and commit yourself to making healthy lifestyle choices then all your years can be filled with happiness, peace and good health.

Escape the Fat-Free Diet Trap

Since the beginning of the fat-free craze, statistics show Americans have grown fatter and fatter. Although weve been taught to think of fat as the culprit in the weight-loss battle, clearly this is only part of the whole diet picture. Just because a food is fat-free doesnt mean its calorie-free. Many fat-free foods are actually very high in sugar and carbohydrate calories. And these calories, when eaten in excess, become converted into the one thing weve been taught to avoid-fat!

Ironically, in order to burn fat and lose weight you need a certain amount of good quality fat. Thats why the ShapeWorks Weight-Management Program stresses the importance of a well-balanced diet that includes enough “good fats”, such as those found in fish and olive oil, together with Herbalifes highly nutritious meal replacement shakes and snacks.

By avoiding the fat-free craze and giving your body the complete nourishment it needs with Herbalifes Cellular Nutrition supplements and weight-management products, youll lose weight steadily and feel healthier along the way.

Battles against Media’s idea of “The Perfect Woman”

The never ending battle against the Media and its bogus idea of the “PERFECT WOMAN”. sigh

Lately I have been studying the media, reading articles, watching news, and looking for anything that I can find to make me feel that there is still hope for our world. If you have read any of my past blogs, then you will already know where my concerns lie.

For those of you that are just reading me for the first time, my concerns are strong regarding women of today and their search for the true identity of themselves.

Women today have fierce competition. I have spoken to many men also and they have strongly let me know that they would not trade their gender for any amount of money. They actually feel sorry for the women of today. A few of them even shared with me that they hate the fact that everywhere they look, the media’s idea of, “The Perfect Women” is stuck in their faces. Sure its nice to see, any human being will appreciate a nice looking picture. What happens at that very minute though is that they the men are put in a situation of feeling that they are betraying their partner by not knowing exactly how to react. I know, I know, some of you are thinking that it is the women’s fault that the men think that way. I will agree in some cases, but these men that I have spoken to were being quite genuine in the fact that they themselves did not appreciate it.

I will be the first one to say yes to prostitution. Why? Because it keeps some of the damn rapists of the streets from attacking the unwilling women. I say yes to pornography; it keeps the men that are afraid to approach real women relieved of a very needed natural release. I also say yes to alcohol and to chocolate with ice cream, but my dear readers, before you frown on me for what I just said, hear me say this. “I do not condone the force and uncontrolled manor with which the media shoves all this down our throats. I thought this was a free country. When did we lose the right to choose whether we want to have the media’s idea of, “The Perfect Woman”, shoved down our throats every time we turn on the television, walk into a bar, just drive down the road billboards, open a magazine, listen to a song, or even simply look in our teenagers room.”

I was reading an article that was advertising the new television line ups for this falls season. I was horrified when I read about the graphic violence being used against women. Episodes showing a woman thrashing in a cage, with duct tape across her eyes, while a man’s hands are shown grabbing her bloodied fingers through the bars of the cage and ripping off her fingernails. Another is chained up like a dog in a basement by her so called loving husband. It gets worse; there is also one with a woman paralyzed by venomous spider bites and is being raped by a masked figure. These are what society is allowing for after dinner viewing. I am embarrassed to even say that this is my world seeing this. They made more noise when Janet Jackson slipped a peak of her nipple at a damn football game. In a word…SAD!! The media has definitely figured out how to make money at every woman’s expense.

On a much happier note, in my searching the worlds media I did find a very refreshing commercial put out by DOVE. It can be viewed at their website

www.campaignforrealbeauty.com . “Cheers Dove” is all I can say. Dove is pushing hard and continuing an uphill climb to bring back what was put on this earth as, The Real Women.

I also ran into an article trying to cut this refreshing change down. The magazine people that pride themselves on using air-brushed models with unrealistic looks, called the Dove girls in this commercial, “civilians”. Ha! Now that is a very obvious show of defeat. They’re even trying to say that women of today will not want to buy from ads that do not promise you unrealistic beauty. Ladies, the media is in fact calling you stupid as far as I read. I take that as an out right insult.

It’s about time that someone stood up and gave the media’s negative actions a run for their money. Money made at real women’s expense, as I said already once. They also mention something as silly as women worry if they looked fat in their pants, as being an old age insecurity. DUH! No one ever said it was new, jeesh. I am also curious just how far women today are willing to let the media’s idea of “The Perfect Woman” go. We are already the butt-end of the cosmetic surgery joke. I feel that the only reason any woman would be turned off by Dove’s real women, is because they have been so brain washed into thinking that the media’s idea of “The Perfect Women” is what is real. I feel sorry for them. Ladies of today, we must stand up and fight back. Do not let them turn, what is suppose to be real, into barbie dolls.

So many women are confused about what is, and what is not. Why do you think so many women suffer from low self-esteem, with cosmetic surgery at every street corner and so many unrealistic expectations coming to us from the media on how a women is suppose to look? Blah, blah. It’s no wonder women are so confused.

Well I know that there is strength in numbers and I do know that there are more women today that are sick of all of the media’s ideas. Ladies with low-self esteem, stand up, go to the store, and support DOVE. So what? They make money and yes, maybe there is a bit of truth that they too are using us as a way to profit. But at least we have a place to start to turn things around. We will never be able to turn them back, but we can make them work for us, not against us. Oh if anyone thinks that Dove has asked me, or payed me to speak of them in my blog, NO and NO. I am speaking on behalf of every women out there has been damaged by all the garbage that the media is trying to run our world with. Womens Selfesteem.com is happy to say that Dove is doing a very good thing, on the “real women” of today’s behalf.

“Don’t back down just to keep the peace,

Standing up for your beliefs builds self-confidence and self-esteem.”

Making Scents Of Perfume Choices

In the cut-throat world of perfume design and manufacturing, perfume is a complex chemical mixture of essential oils, aroma compounds, fixatives, solvents, beautiful bottles and celebrity-endorsed marketing. For those who wear perfume however, the final product is much more than the sum of its parts for many, perfume is a much-loved element of personal preparation, as essential as dressing or brushing ones teeth.

A quick tour of the cosmetics and personal care section of any department store reveals the wide array of perfume available on the market, with many more available exclusively through high-end perfume boutiques or import shops. There are so many choices, in fact, that knowing what to buy can be confusing.

Depending on their chemical composition and ratio of fragrance oil to solvent, scents generally fall into one of the following categories

Perfume extracts 20-40 aromatic compounds, eau de perfume 10-30 aromatic compounds, eau de toilette 5-20 aromatic compounds or eau de cologne 2-3 aromatic compounds. The more aromatic compound that is used the longer the scent will last. Perfume is made up of dozens of ingredients, so it can be difficult to describe the overall effect as just one scent. However, it is possible to identify different contributing scents, similar to how one who knows wine can taste the varying flavors of its composition.

Perfume fragrances are generally categorized by olfactive families such as floral self explanatory, Chypre used to describe scents such as apricot, Fougre woody or herbaceous scents, leather honey, tobacco, or wood tar scents so named because they are reminiscent of leather, woody such as sandalwood-, cedar- or patchouli-dominated scents, ambers vanilla or animal scents, and citrus refreshing scents.

‘Notes’ are another way to describe or categorize perfume and how it smells as it evaporates off the skin over a period of hours.

Top notes this is what one first notices after applying perfume. Top notes are generally pleasing and strong, but evaporate quickly.

Middle notes also called the ‘heart notes’ a perfumes middle notes are considered the main body of a perfume, and tend to be less strong than top notes. Middle notes are noticeable anywhere from a few minutes up to more than an hour after perfume application.

Base notes the lasting impressions from a perfume application, base notes give a fragrance its depth thanks to the holding power of the fixatives used in the perfume formulation.

The creation of the art of making perfume is attributed to the Egyptians, but perfume has been embraced by the rest of the world with uses as wide ranging as religious duty in some Islamic culture, camouflage for poor hygiene in early Europe, and even as a slow-absorbing poison! Today, however, perfume is used by both men and women for personal enjoyment and appeal. Many consider a particular scent as part of their identity, and thanks to this loyalty, many popular perfume fragrances, such as No 5 by Chanel, have been around for nearly a century.

As lovely as perfume can be, many people are allergic to it, so always be sure your scent of choice is not offensive to anyone before you wear it in a crowded area.

More Common Ideas About The Female Orgasm

As you know, there are hundreds of myths about the female orgasm. But, the question is are they all true? Of course not!

Here are some of the most common myths

Myth 1 Women take longer to reach orgasm than men.

This is a common myth which has not been supported by research. The reason people believe this is that they don’t understand the female arousal pattern. Women’s arousal patterns are much different than men’s and, as a result, they are physically prepared for intercourse later than men are.

The time from optimal arousal to orgasm is pretty much identical for both men and women. The difference is in how long it takes to reach that level of arousal. Because men often don’t know how to help their partners get to that point, it does seem to take longer. Once that’s changed, however, men find their partners reach orgasm more quickly and even have multiple orgasms in quick succession.

Myth 2 Women should only reach orgasm through vaginal intercourse.

This is definitely not true but it’s a myth that has caused us to take women’s sexual needs for granted for a long time. This myth actually started with Sigmund Freud, the developer of psychoanalysis, who had recognized that women could easily reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation. Freud dismissed this type of stimulation as juvenile and believed it was important for women to become more sexually mature by focusing only on vaginal stimulation to reach orgasms.

The problem is that the vagina was not designed for orgasms. It does not have the concentrated nerve endings that one finds in the clitoris or in the head of a penis, for example.

As a result of Freud’s determination, women who could not reach orgasm through vaginal intercourse were considered to have some type of psychological impairment. All sorts of methods were devised in an attempt to liberate women from their reliance on the clitoris for sexual pleasure.

Only in recent decades has society begun talking openly about the women’s right to enjoy sex and to reach orgasm in whatever manner worked for her.

Myth 3 Only women fake orgasms.

Even though this article is about female orgasms, I think its important for both men and women to realize that orgasms are not going to happen during every sexual encounter. About one-fifth of men admitted that they have faked an orgasm with a partner. Their reasons for faking are the same as women’s they don’t want their partners to be disappointed.

Orgasms don’t always come easily in a partnership. Sure, when we masturbate we can probably get off every time because we know our bodies and we know what works. Our sexual partners have to learn these things over time and, most importantly, with our help.

Again, faking orgasms is not the answer for either sex. It just complicates the issue and prevents both partners from having a truly fulfilling sexual encounter.

So, bottom line dont believe all myths you hear or read! You can please women with the best orgasms if you understand how the female body works!

How To Be A Woman Of Distinction

When Oprah Winfrey decided to take responsibility for her life she never looked back. She moved ahead. What two new decisions could you make to move you ahead? She exhibited a tremendous change in her thoughts years ago when she decided, never again. Never again will I settle for less than I can be.

Stop right now and think of a moment of ecstasy. Something that gives you ecstasy. Make the picture bigger and brighter. Make the sounds clearer and louder. Now, make the feelings more intense. How good do you feel? This is called the mind-body connection. The mental side of it all. This is more powerful than you could have thought.

Most people think Mother Theresa started off this wonderful, compassionate person. She didn’t. She started a school teacher, one day walking down the streets of Calcutta she had an experience that little did she know it would change her life forever. She heard the cries of a sick man. She desperately tried to get him to a hospital, and at arriving at the first hospital was told they wouldnt treat him because he was too poor. She pleaded with them that he was going to die and needed attention. Still they refused. She took him all the way to a second hospital. There she was also told they wouldn’t treat him. She pleaded again. Finally she went to a third, they refused also. Finally the sick man died in her arms. She made a decision right there. As long as she is around, no one would suffer unnecessarily. These simple actions changed her life. Now she has left a trail of influence.

Doctors in ancient Egypt used faeces on wounds. We now know this infuses the wound with bacteria, but back then it was accepted beyond a shadow of a doubt because thats what everybody believed.

Doctors used to prescribe a common drug called DES to pregnant women. Now we know it causes birth defects, and thousands of women are seeking damages for genital cancers and inability to conceive.

People believed the world was flat for hundreds of years, everyone believed it was flat, they were certain about that. How absurd does that come across to you now? Since a gentleman named Christopher Columbus sailed around the world and pointed out it was round, now everyone believes its round. Most people do what the majority does.

On December 1st, 1955 a fiercely determined young black woman named Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white woman. Little did she know at the time, this one action would lead to steps that would change the future for years to come. Anyone who picks up a program like this, certainly not you and I, wouldn’t settle for less than we can be. May a friendly relationship begin.

Stop and decide right now who you are committed to being, to take yourself to the next level. Decide right now that following through on this is an absolute must for you.

Stop right now and think, what will it cost you if you don’t take steps to increase your feelings of wellbeing? What will you miss out on if you dont take action to increase your energy now? Nobody who reads this article would settle for less than the very best.

Does Your Bra Fit? Find The Right Size For Your Body

Unless you know your proper bra size, you could be wearing the wrong undergarment. This can be more than just a mild discomfort bras that are too tight or loose can lead to serious injuries to your neck and back. They can also cause numbness in your hands and fingers. Trying to work with the wrong bra will only leave you in physical pain. When you find a bra that fits correctly, youll feel and look better.

All the letters and numbers on bras might seem confusing. Whats the difference between A and AA? Are DD and E the same bra, but with different letters? The process is actually easy once you understand what the numbers mean. Fortunately, theres a fast and simple way to decipher the code of the bra industry. Grab a cloth measuring tape usually the type that a seamstress or tailor will use and start measuring.

Step One
Wrap the tape around the area just beneath your breasts. You should pull the tape so that it is snug, but not too tight. Now, subtract five from your measurement. This number is your band size; remember that for later.

Step Two
Move the tape upward so that it covers the fullest part of your bust. Make sure that the tape is a little loose around your body. Check out your measurement. If you get an odd number, round up. Now, subtract from your band size number.

Step Three
Now you have your cup size. Your number corresponds to the bra industrys sizes like this

AA less than one inch
A one inch
B two inches
C three inches
D four inches
E or DD five inches
F or DDD six inches

Now that youre confident that you have the right bra size, head to your favorite lingerie store and start browsing. Youve eliminated one of the biggest problems that women face when purchasing these undergarments, so go shop with confidence.
